Q: Do I require to be a registered business in the industry to be able to purchase from Millhouse Collections?
A: Yes, we will require your ABN, copy of your business certificate and be able to see that you're currently trading or intend to trade in the patchwork, quilting or manufacturing industries.
Q: Can I pay upfront for my orders?
A: Yes, all orders are 'cash up front'.
Q: Are there minimums to be able to purchase from Millhouse Collections?
A: Yes, we have both order minimums and yearly spend minimums. All products are sold in bulk such as fabric is rolled on the bolt and is most commonly sold in 9.144m increments.
Q: How long will my wholesale application take?
A: Once everything has been received our team can take up to 7 days to process your application.
Q: Can I apply for a 14 day or 30 day account?
A: Yes, once you have paid your first 3 invoices, you can apply for an account with Millhouse Collections. Your account limit will be based on the average of your first 3 orders.
Q: Can I purchase from Millhouse Collections if I'm located outside of Australia?
A: For most items we stock, yes. Where you have a distributor in your country you are require to first enquire with them to see if they can source the product/s you're after.
Q: Can we purchase Sue Daley Designs from Millhouse Collections?
A: Yes, all Sue Daley Designs products, patterns and notions are distributed through Millhouse Collections worldwide.
