Q: How long do I have to pay when ordering sale items?
A: Payment is required within 48 hours from the time of invoice.
Q: Can I put sale items on account?
A: No. All sale item orders must be paid in full before they are shipped.
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: When ordering online, you can pay via credit card. Shopify will pre-authorise your card at checkout. Once your order is finalised and shipping is confirmed, your card will be securely charged through Shopify.
Q: How do I register for a wholesale account?

Q: Do I need to be a registered business to purchase from Millhouse Collections?
A: Yes. You must provide your ABN, a copy of your business certificate, and demonstrate that you are currently trading—or intending to trade—in the patchwork, quilting, or manufacturing industries.
Q: Can I pay upfront for my orders?
A: Yes. All orders are cash up front (CUF) and must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Q: Are there minimums required to order from Millhouse Collections?
A: Yes. We have order minimums and annual spend requirements. Products are sold in bulk—fabrics, for example, are typically sold by the bolt (9.144 metres). Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary by product and will be indicated at checkout.
Q: How long does it take to process a wholesale application?
A: Once we receive all required documents, please allow up to 7 business days for your application to be processed.
Q: Can I apply for a 14-day or 30-day account?
A: No. We do not offer accounts.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, in most cases. If there is a distributor in your country, please contact them first to check if they can supply the products you’re after.
